The Terms & Conditions
Please read this thoroughly before commissioning me!
To apply for a commission slot, please fill out the google form and then contact me via Discord (@rexxui), Instagram (@rexxui), or E-Mail ([email protected]). I respond the quickest via Discord.
In the commission form, please send a clear, unshaded reference sheet of your character(s) and any clothing or items they may wear or carry on them.
If you wish to commission a full scene or something with a more detailed background, or a specific pose for your character(s), please send me refs for all of this. If you do not want a specific pose, I will draw the character as I see fit.
Please make sure to specify exactly what you want, I need very detailed instructions and I do not want to leave you dissatisfied with your piece. If anything is out of my comfort zone or above what I believe to be my skill level, I will tell you so upfront.
I can turn down your application for any reason, or cease work on your commission at any point (due to rude behavior, poor communication, etc.). You will get a 50% refund if this happens. I do not need to explain myself.
I only take a maximum of 3 commissions at a time. You can check my commission slot status via the commission information carrd, or simply via contacting me and asking me about it.
You will pay 50% of the price we agree upon upfront. Once I have finished a sketch and you give me the go-ahead to finish the piece, you will pay the remaining 50%. It is your own responsibility to convert my commission prices into your own currency. I also accept 100% payment upfront.
The payment will occur via Ko-fi - you will need to donate me the agreed upon amount. I will send you my Ko-fi page. I do not currently accept other payment methods, I apologize.
Your commission can take me from a few hours to a week to finish. Please keep in mind that if I have other commissions to take care of, it could take longer. If I do not believe I will be able to finish your piece in under a week, I will contact you. If you have applied for multiple commissions, they will also obviously take me longer to finish. I work the most on weekends.
Your finished piece and every WIP I will send you are meant for your own personal use; please do not resell my art. You are allowed to use it for social media profiles, banners, etc., and to publicly post the piece, with credit to me. Do not edit the piece in any way with the intention to claim it as your own.
I reserve the right to use your finished commission for portfolios, social media posts, as example art for my info carrd, etc.
